· USPS and UPS shipping rates apply based on package total weight and size. When possible, flat rates may be offered. Mailing and shipping occurs via USPS or UPS.

· We are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed. However, if we are able to make updates on your behalf, please note that these changes will not be reflected in your original shipping confirmation email.
· Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
· Order arrival is outside of our control. Final delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.
· We cannot replace missing or stolen packages.
· If a package (not product) is damaged during shipping, you may return your unused damage-free product for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com
CANDLE REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES
Our candle products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund candles damaged during shipment or if candle tunneling occurs. Simply provide photographic proof of damage to us within 7 days of delivery. At this time, we do not conduct exchanges for any reason other than shipment damages.
At this time, we are not offering International shipping.
We will collect and remit state sales tax as required by law.
